Jacqueline Srour

Jacqueline brings a distinctive combination of tax, accounting and legal experience to MSH Finance Group LLC. She is a licensed CPA in New York and a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey.

Her public accounting career includes time at Anchin, and her industry experience spans e-commerce and electronics retail. As an attorney, she practiced at a major law firm, focusing on broker-dealer compliance, white collar defense, and FINRA matters.

Jacqueline holds law licenses in NY and NJ. While MSH Finance Group LLC does not provide legal services, she brings that legal background to bear on how we approach compliance, regulatory exposure, and the practical interpretation of tax law - a perspective most accounting firms can't offer.

Morris Shalom

Morris brings nearly two decades of tax, finance and accounting experience across public accounting and industry. His background includes time at a Big 4 firm and a boutique public accounting practice, followed by senior finance roles across real estate management, hospitality, marketing, and technology.

He is a licensed CPA in both New York and New Jersey, and a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA. His client work spans service businesses, marketing agencies, law firms, e-commerce, import and wholesale, health and beauty, and interior design.
